Delivery

My Favourite Baker provides delivery services seven days a week, including some public holidays.

On weekdays (Monday to Friday), deliveries are made between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM, while on weekends (Saturday and Sunday), deliveries occur from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Although delays may occasionally happen due to heavy traffic or road incidents, we strive to ensure that deliveries are made as close to the specified time frame as possible.

My Favourite Baker provides delivery services to a wide range of areas in the Gold Coast and Tweed Heads. If you're unsure whether your suburb falls within our delivery zone, feel free to reach out to us via our live chat, where one of our team members will be delighted to assist you.

Please note that we do NOT deliver to the following suburbs: 

Logan Village, Lower Beechmont, Clagiraba, Belivah, Wongawallan, Cedar Creek, Yarrabilba, Guanaba, Springbrook, advancetown, Tallebudgera Valley, Austinville, Piggabeen, Numinbah Valley, Mount Nathan & Bilambil. All orders placed using the postcodes listed above will be automatically refunded.

Click & collect is available 7 days a week from our HQ Kitchen in Arundel

Weekdays: Between 11AM and 3PM. 

Weekends: Between 9AM and 11:30AM.

Frequently asked questions

Do you offer same day delivery?

Yes we do!

We offer same day delivery if you order before 11am on weekdays and we will deliver your cake between 12pm and 4pm.

For Saturday and Sunday we offer next day delivery if you order by 6pm the day before and we will deliver your cake between 9am and 12pm.

I need my order to be delivered at a specific time.

Unfortunately, we are not able to give you an exact time for your delivery, as our delivery drivers must follow a specific route in order to deliver all orders by the time listed above.

You will receive an ETA via text message along with a tracking link, which will enable you to live track your order.

What time can I click & collect?

How can I track my order?

We'll send you a text with a tracking link once our driver has picked up your order.

You can live track your order and message your delivery driver using our chat feature.

Do you deliver to hotels, restaurants, businesses, hospitals or schools?

We do offer delivery to all of the above. Please make sure someone will be accepting your order during our delivery time. 

Also make sure you provide us with a booking name, a recipient number and room number if applicable.

Will you include a receipt or any billing information with the order ?

We do not include any prices, receipts or billing information, 

Order confirmation will be emailed to you after your purchase.
