My Favourite Baker delivers to most of the Gold Coast and Tweed Heads.

Some suburbs are excluded from our deliveries based on radius from our Cake Factory, Please contact us if unsure as some postcodes are not available.

My Favourite Baker offers a flat-rate $10 delivery fee for most suburbs, $20 for postcodes: 4221, 4208, 4213, 4207, 4228, 4224 and 4225, $30 for postcodes 2486, 2485 payable in addition to the cost of your products and is charge at checkout. 

Please note: You will receive a text message with a tracking link once your order is on route. Your delivery driver will always keep you inform via text message with ETA. 

Deliveries regularly take place between Monday to Friday from 12:00pm to 4pm. Saturday and Sunday deliveries regularly take place between 09:00am-12:00pm.
We are unable to specify an exact time for delivery as all our drivers must follow a specific route to deliver all cakes by the times listed above. We are unable to prioritise any delivery addresses under any circumstances.
Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to heavy traffic or road work. We cannot accept responsibility for these unfortunate events, but assure you that every effort is made to ensure your order arrives on time and in perfect condition.

No refunds will be made if your order is delivered outside of these delivery times as they are simply a guide.

For Easter, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Valentines Day, Eid Day, and Christmas Day please note:

Deliveries will be made between 8:30 AM and 2:00 PM. If the event falls on a weekday, deliveries will be between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM.


If someone is not there to accept the product, you will receive a phone call from your delivery driver, you will be able to direct your driver to leave your cake wherever you would like on your premises or with a neighbour.

If the delivery address is incorrect, the cake will be returned to our Cake factory and a re-delivery fee of $10 will apply the next day. 


If the customer does not answer after two attempt or the contact number is incorrect, the cake/cupcakes will be returned to our Cake factory and a re-delivery fee will apply the next day. 

If for any reason, the delivery is unsuccessful on the a second attempt. The customer will be required to pay for the cost of remaking the product and the cost of redelivery. We recommend customers to track their orders and arrange for redelivery or pick-up at their convenience.

If the delivery address supplied by the customer is incorrect or insufficient details are provided, My Favourite Baker does not accept any responsibility for any incorrect deliveries. Please make sure your order includes a valid phone number, (if overseas number please provide with country code), recipient's name or company name, Booking name and/ or room number if hotel or restaurant. It is the obligation of the customer to supply accurate information when processing the order.
If a company name is not stated on the order and it is going to a company, the item is at risk of being incorrectly delivered. My Favourite Baker will not take any responsibility for this as it is the customers responsibility to ensure sufficient delivery details are provided.

Please note that we do NOT deliver to the following suburbs: Lower Beechmont, Clagiraba, Guanaba, Belivah, Wongawallan, Cedar Creek, Yarrabilba, Logan Village, Springbrook, Woongoolba, Tamborine, Advancetown, Tallebudgera Valley, Austinville, Piggabeen, Numinbah Valley, Mount Nathan & Bilambil. All orders placed using the postcodes listed above will be refunded.

Please take into account the time difference between October and April when scheduling deliveries to New South Wales

(NSW). It's essential to note that during this period, NSW will be one hour ahead

Additionally, please be advised that it is the responsibility of the customer to calculate and account for the time difference between October and April. Our delivery scheduling system will not automatically adjust for this time change. Therefore, we kindly request that you take the necessary steps to ensure that your delivery is scheduled appropriately.

To further clarify, our company will not be held responsible for any deliveries made outside of standard business hours due to the time difference. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Express Delivery Policy

Our express delivery option is designed to cater to the unique needs of our corporate clients, ensuring their orders are delivered precisely when they need them. This service also offers delivery outside of our normal delivery hours.

  • Fee Calculation: The express delivery fee is calculated based on the delivery address and is charged in addition to the standard delivery fee.
  • Flexible Timing: Customers can select their preferred delivery time, allowing for delivery at any time during the day.
  • Tracking: A tracking link will be sent to the provided phone number, enabling real-time updates on the delivery status.
  • Separate Charge: This option is charged separately from the standard delivery service.
  • How to Arrange: To arrange express delivery, customers must contact us directly to organise the service.

Delivery Requirements for Bond & Griffith University:

  1. Perishable Items: The mailrooms at Bond University and Griffith University do not accept perishable items.

  2. Recipient Availability: It is the responsibility of the recipient to ensure that they or an authorised person is available to accept deliveries. 

  3. Contact Information: An Australian phone number for the recipient must be provided to receive tracking information. This is mandatory to facilitate the delivery process and ensure successful receipt of items.

  4. Accurate Details: All delivery details provided must be accurate and complete. Failure to provide correct and sufficient information may result in unsuccessful delivery attempts. My Favourite Baker will not be responsible for deliveries that cannot be completed due to incorrect or insufficient details.

By adhering to this policy, we aim to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process for all items received at Bond University and Griffith University.

 

Click and Collect Policy:

This policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for the Click and Collect service provided by My Favourite Baker. Click and Collect allows customers to place orders online and collect their purchases in person at 4/1 Inventory court, Arundel, QLD during specific hours.

    Click and Collect Availability

      2.1 Days and Hours

      2.1.1 Monday to Friday: Click and Collect service is available from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.

      2.1.2 Weekends: Click and Collect service is available from 9:00 am to 11:30 am.

      2.2 Exceptions

      My Favourite Baker reserves the right to modify or suspend the Click and Collect service hours on specific dates or due to exceptional circumstances such as holidays, unforeseen events, or any other operational considerations. Any changes to the service availability will be communicated to customers in advance through appropriate channels.

        Placing Orders

          3.1 Order Placement

          Customers can place orders for Click and Collect through the My Favourite Baker website by selecting Click and Collect before the checkout page.

          3.2 Order Confirmation

          Upon successful order placement, customers will receive an order confirmation via email.

            Collection Process:

              4.1 Identification and Verification

              Customers must provide a valid proof of purchase or order confirmation, either in print or digital format, along with a valid photo identification document matching the order details. This step ensures the correct distribution of orders and prevents unauthorised pickups.

              4.2 Authorised Proxy

              Customers who are unable to collect their orders personally may authorise a third party to pick up the order on their behalf. The authorised proxy must provide the order confirmation, a photocopy or digital copy of the customer's identification document, and their own photo identification document.

                Client Responsibility and Pick-up Time

                  My Favourite Baker will not be held responsible if the client fails to show up during the designated pick-up time. It is the client's responsibility to ensure they arrive within the specified time frame. Click and Collect service is available only during the opening hours of My Favourite Baker.

                      Click and Collect Order Disposal Policy

                        At My Favourite Baker, we prioritise freshness and efficiency in our Click and Collect service. 

                        1. Confirmation and Collection Date: Orders must be picked up on the selected time and day. Reminder is sent on the day via email, please ensure you check your junk folder.

                        2. Grace Period: If not picked up on the selected time and day, orders have until the end of the following day for collection.

                        3. Disposal: After this grace period, uncollected orders are considered abandoned and may be disposed of.

                        4. Refunds: No refunds for uncollected orders.

                        We encourage you to plan accordingly to avoid any inconvenience or additional charges.
