Refund policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy (Store credit only)

We completely understand that plans can change! 

To make things simple, here’s how our cancellation and refund policy works:

  • Store Credit Only
    My Favourite Baker does not offer cash refunds. All approved cancellations are refunded as store credit, which you can use anytime for future orders.
  • Cancellation Window
    You can cancel your order and receive store credit if you email us at info@myfavouritebaker.com.au at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery or pick-up date.
  • Confirmation Required
    Once we’ve received your email during our office hours (Monday to Friday, 9 am – 4 pm), we’ll reply to confirm your cancellation. Please note that your cancellation isn’t final until you receive this confirmation from us.
  • Store Credit Eligibility
    If your cancellation meets the 48-hour notice period and is confirmed by our team, you’ll receive store credit for the full value of your order.
  • Late Cancellations
    Orders can’t be cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery or pick-up, or once the order is already out for delivery. We recommend getting in touch as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
  • Processing Time
    Once your cancellation is confirmed, we’ll process your store credit as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 10 business days for it to appear and be ready to use.
