  • Monday to Friday between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM

  • Saturday and Sunday between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM

We follow fixed delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries. Unfortunately, specific delivery times or prioritisation requests are not possible.

No refunds will be made if your order is delivered outside of these delivery times as they are simply a guide.

Frequently asked questions

Do you offer same day delivery?

Yes we do!

We offer same day delivery if you order before 11am on weekdays and we will deliver your cake between 12pm and 4pm.

For Saturday and Sunday we offer next day delivery if you order by 6pm the day before and we will deliver your cake between 9am and 12pm.

I need my order to be delivered at a specific time.

Unfortunately, we are not able to give you an exact time for your delivery, as our delivery drivers must follow a specific route in order to deliver all orders by the time listed above.

You will receive an ETA via text message along with a tracking link, which will enable you to live track your order.

What time can I click & collect?

Click & collect is available 7 days a week from our HQ Kitchen in Arundel

Weekdays: 

Between 11am and 3pm

Weekends: 

Between 9am and 11:30am

Please note that click & collect will not be available outside of the above listed times. 

How can I track my order?

We'll send you a text with a tracking link once our driver has picked up your order.

You can live track your order and message your delivery driver using our chat feature.

Do you deliver to hotels, restaurants, businesses, hospitals or schools?

We do offer delivery to all of the above. Please make sure someone will be accepting your order during our delivery time. 

Also make sure you provide us with a booking name, a recipient number and room number if applicable.

Will you include a receipt or any billing information with the order ?

We do not include any prices, receipts or billing information, 

Order confirmation will be emailed to you after your purchase.
