Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  1. Cancellation Window: Customers can cancel their orders and receive a store credit, if they provide My Favourite Baker with at least 48 hours' notice via email info@myfavouritebaker.com.au before the scheduled delivery or pick up date.
  2. Confirmation of Cancellation: To ensure that the cancellation is acknowledged and processed, it is necessary for customers to receive an email reply from My Favourite Baker during our office hours (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 4 pm). This email will serve as confirmation that we have received and acknowledged the cancellation request.
  3. Refund Amount: Upon cancellation within the specified cancellation window and receiving the confirmation email, customers will be eligible to receive a store credit of the order amount.
  4. Cancellation Restrictions: Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled within 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery/ pick up time or during the delivery process. Please make sure to provide timely notice to avoid any inconvenience.
  5. Refund Processing Time: Once a cancellation request has been received, acknowledged, and processed, we strive to issue the store credit as quickly as possible. However, please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the credited amount to be available for use. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience.
